Scope of Work: 

Data Center Infrastructure

• Deployment of 10 data racks, including server and network cabinets
• Rack layout optimized for efficient airflow, accessibility, and future hardware expansion

Remote System Administration

• Installation of a 32-port IP-based KVM switch with integrated monitor, keyboard, and trackball
• Enables seamless remote management and troubleshooting

Cooling & Environmental Stability

• Precision cooling via direct expansion HVAC close control unit
• Ensures optimal temperature and humidity levels for sensitive IT equipment

Power & Network Infrastructure

• Structured UTP cabling for high-speed data flow and reliability
• Dedicated power cabling to deliver consistent and efficient energy distribution

Security & Surveillance

• Advanced surveillance system for real-time facility monitoring
• Three-layer access control system providing biometric, RFID, and keycard authentication

Fire Safety & Risk Mitigation

• FM200 gas suppression system installed in both the main data hall and UPS room
